Air Fryer Baked Potato

A delicious and easy recipe for air fryer baked potatoes topped with crispy turkey bacon.

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes, then prick them with a fork.
  3. Rub olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the potatoes.
  4. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop it into pieces.
  6. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
  7. Slice the potatoes open and top with cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, green onions, and sour cream.

Notes

  • For extra crispy skin, increase the cooking time by a few minutes.
  • Serve with additional toppings like jalapeños or avocado if desired.
