  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the baby potatoes in half and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese and mix well.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
