  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. Add the cubed butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. In another bowl, combine the pumpkin puree and cream, then add to the flour mixture.
