Apple Cider Cheesecake

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the apple cider, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, mixing until well combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes
