Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and mashed bananas.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the sour cream. Mix until combined.
