  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine hash browns, eggs, cheese, bell pepper, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
