Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook orzo according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.

  3. Add the cooled orzo, cherry tomatoes, red onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
