Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
