  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in vanilla.
  5. Slightly mix the flour mixture into the butter mixture.
  6. Fold in sour cream and blueberries gently.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack.
