Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in blueberries.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
