- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and eggs until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
