Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the salt and pepper.
  3. Grease a muffin tin and place diced chicken ham and turkey bacon in the bottom of each cup.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the meat, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
