  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed French bread and blueberries.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries, stirring gently to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. In the morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and set.

Notes
