Instructions

  1. Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
  2. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with sugar, milk, flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
  5. Heat a pan over low heat and add a little butter.
  6. Pour a large spoonful of the batter into the pan, cover, and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Carefully flip the pancake and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Repeat with remaining batter.
