- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
