Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Notes
