Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices of chicken ham
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce sweet potatoes with a fork, then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake sweet potatoes for 45 minutes or until tender.
  4. While potatoes are baking, cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  5. Remove bacon, and in the same skillet, lightly cook chicken ham for about 2 minutes.
  6. Once sweet potatoes are done, slice them open and fill with chopped turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious breakfast!
