Caesar Salad Dressing (No Anchovies)

This easy Caesar Salad Dressing recipe uses turkey bacon and chicken ham instead of anchovies for a lighter twist on a classic!

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 strips turkey bacon, crispy and chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken ham

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Add the chopped turkey bacon and diced chicken ham to the dressing, stirring until well combined.
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste, adding more salt or lemon juice if desired.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

  • This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • For a thinner consistency, you can add a little water or extra lemon juice.
