  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine corn, cheese, turkey bacon, flour, eggs, green onions, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Spoon mixture into the hot oil, forming small fritters.
  5. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot.
