  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the potatoes and sausage to the bowl, tossing to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and sausage is browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
