Chicken and Artichoke Flatbread

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 large flatbreads
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  3. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  4. Spread the chicken and artichoke mixture evenly over each flatbread.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese has melted.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some chopped fresh herbs before serving.
  • Feel free to use store-bought rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep time.
