- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 large flatbreads
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
