  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and add the garlic; sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and Italian seasoning; cook for another 5-7 minutes.
