- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 flatbreads
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
