CHICKEN ENCHILADAS WITH SOUR CREAM WHITE SAUCE

  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, sour cream, and cheese.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the mixture and roll up.
  4. Place enchiladas in a baking dish and cover with enchilada sauce.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
