Chicken Lo Mein (One Pan)

A quick and easy recipe for a delicious Chicken Lo Mein that the whole family will love, all made in one pan for less cleanup.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in the garlic and mixed vegetables, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the lo mein noodles to the pan, followed by the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
  5. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
