- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
