- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the onions until translucent.
- Add the cooked chicken, turkey bacon, peas and carrots, and potatoes to the skillet.
