  • 8 small corn tortillas

  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Cook until chicken is fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting into strips.
  5. Warm corn tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble tacos by placing chicken strips on tortillas and topping with cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
