Chicken with Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry

A delicious and quick dish featuring tender chicken and a variety of fresh vegetables stir-fried to perfection.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Stir everything together and cook for another minute.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
