  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare the graham cracker crust in a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
