  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Andes mint baking chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the Andes mint baking chips.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are firm.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
