  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips.
  5. Using a cookie scoop, portion the dough and roll each into balls.
  6. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
  7. Place the sugar-coated balls on the prepared baking sheet.

  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
