- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, cinnamon, and salt together, then gradually add to the wet mixture.

- Mix icing sugar and milk until smooth and drizzle over the bars.
