- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, and eggs.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Divide the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- In a small bowl, mix together additional sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top of the batter in each muffin cup.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
