This delightful recipe captures the flavors of Applebee’s famous Honey Pepper Chicken Mac and Cheese.

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add the diced chicken breast. Cook until golden brown.
  3. Stir in honey and black pepper, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
