  • 2 cups cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add steak strips and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan.
  5. Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
  • Substitute chicken for steak if preferred.
