- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound steak, sliced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
