Creamy Low Carb Chicken Casserole with Broccoli and Bacon

A deliciously creamy, low carb casserole packed with chicken, broccoli, and turkey bacon.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, turkey bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and the top is golden.

  • For a spicier version, add some crushed red pepper flakes.
