- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika; brown in the skillet for 5-7 minutes each side.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add rice to the skillet and stir for a couple of minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and cream; stir to combine.
- Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and reduce heat to low.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
