  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika; brown in the skillet for 5-7 minutes each side.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add rice to the skillet and stir for a couple of minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and cream; stir to combine.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and reduce heat to low.
  7. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add herbs such as thyme or parsley.
  • Make sure to use long-grain rice for best results.
