- 1 pound flank steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste

- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
