  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper, then sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Reduce heat and whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth. Season with additional salt and pepper if necessary.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine and sliced steak to the sauce, tossing to combine.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
