Crispy Honey Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, turkey bacon, honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until Brussels sprouts are crispy and bacon is cooked.
  6. Remove from oven and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
