  • 1 pound fresh salmon, diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix diced salmon, soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil.
  3. Form cooled rice into small, flat patties and pan-fry until crispy.
  4. Top each rice patty with spiced salmon mixture and garnish with avocado and green onions.
