Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until water runs clear.
  2. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  3. Once cooked, let the rice cool and form into small squares.
  4. Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the rice squares until they are golden and crispy.
  5. In a bowl, mix diced salmon with soy sauce and sriracha.
