  • 1 cup oyster mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced oyster mushrooms and sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in the cooked turkey bacon and mix well.
  4. Add the milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; bring to a simmer.
  5. Gradually stir in the shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well combined.
