  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, sugar, salt, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well to form a dough.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Allow it to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough and spread cream cheese filling. Roll it tightly and shape into a ring.
  5. Place on a greased baking sheet and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool and mix icing ingredients. Drizzle over the cake and add colorful sugar decorations.
