This Easy Chicken Pot Pie Casserole combines tender chicken, crispy turkey bacon, and a creamy sauce, all topped with flaky biscuits for a delightful twist on a classic dish.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, turkey bacon, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Open the can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. Scatter the biscuit pieces over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
