Easy Ground Beef Enchiladas

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onions over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink.
  3. Stir in the cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
  4. Pour a small amount of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, then roll and place seam-side down in the dish.
  6. Top with the remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
