- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onions over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink.
