  • 1 box pumpkin spice cake mix
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon orange food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs, and oil until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Once cooled, crumble the cake into a bowl and mix in the cream cheese frosting.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls and insert the sticks.
  6. Chill the cake pops in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  7. Melt the white chocolate chips and mix in the orange food coloring.
  8. Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
  9. Let the cake pops set in a styrofoam block or similar until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

  • For added decoration, sprinkle some Halloween-themed sprinkles on the pops before the chocolate sets.
