- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup cream cheese frosting
- 1 bag white chocolate chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree and sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs and mix again.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let the cake cool completely before crumbling it into a bowl.
- Add cream cheese frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until combined.
- Shape into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and dip each cake ball in it, then set them back on the sheet to harden.
