Easy Halloween food ideas : Pumpkin Cake Pops

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting
  • 1 bag white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add eggs and mix again.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Let the cake cool completely before crumbling it into a bowl.
  8. Add cream cheese frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until combined.
  9. Shape into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  10. Melt the white chocolate chips and dip each cake ball in it, then set them back on the sheet to harden.

Notes

  • Use orange and black sprinkles for decoration!
  • Make sure to let the chocolate set before serving.
