8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, blue cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a ball, then roll it in chopped nuts if desired.
Wrap the cheeseball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Once chilled, place the cheeseball on a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve with crackers or veggie sticks.
Notes
For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the mix.
